Thornton Minor Hockey

Join us for a fun community skate at Thornton Arena on March 28th from 1:00–2:00 PM. Admission: $3 per person, All proceeds support TMHA. Come out for an afternoon of skating, community fun, and support for local minor hockey.

This past weekend, some of our U7 families chose to participate in the Orangeville Ice Breakers Jamboree! Our littlest Tigers hit the ice for three strong games against Innisfil, Grand Valley, and Mariposa. The energy, effort, and teamwork on display made us so proud. For many of these players, this was their very first tournament and they rose to the occasion with big smiles, determination, and a whole lot of fun! Way to go, Tigers!

The Thornton Tigers U18 squad is sharing their final season together in style, on top of a regular undefeated season they are capping an impressive run by winning all five tournaments they entered this year and ending as Finalists in the Silverstick. 

Thornton Minor Hockey Association is happy to help share an exciting local opportunity for our players and families this summer! Canadian All Star Sports will be hosting a Ball Hockey Camp at the Thornton Community Centre, offering two great weeks of skill development, fun, and game play for young athletes.
